Pamela Stambaugh is a seasoned advisor and coach to C-suite executives, emerging leaders and senior HR professionals. As President and Founder of Accountability Pays for 29 years, she provides coaching, and leadership training with large and middle market companies nationwide.
Her Pamela’s professional priority is bringing accountability to leadership training, by pre-testing and post-testing to quantify its effectiveness.
Her interest in people and the dynamics between them comes naturally, having been raised by an Episcopal minister and psychologist in Wyoming. Pamela left the country for the big city of Portland, Oregon where she earned a Bachelor of Arts at Lewis and Clark College. She moved to San Diego and has resided there since 1984.
Pamela holds an MBA from the University of San Diego (USD). She has worked globally with senior executives including as a Vistage Chair in San Diego. Pamela has co-authored two business books. Pamela is a Managing Partner of Harrison Assessments™ Talent Solutions.
Her San Diego community is important to her. She is a past chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum. At the University Club she chairs the advisory committee for the monthly Distinguished Speaker Series. Pamela mentors an MBA student each year at her Alma Mater, USD.
Pamela’s hobbies include photography and writing — white papers and blogs — as well as non-business books, and a particular kind of collaging called “Soul Collage.” She also enjoys physical activities such as yoga, running and swimming, and drinking fine wines with her husband Larry.
